Librarian Avatar: Meet Librarian Lou and Library Luna

A librarian avatar on AllTheMuse is not a stock bookworm picture — it is a finished, collectible character who lives among the shelves. There are two true librarians to meet: Librarian Lou, who is free to collect from the Free Muses room, and Library Luna, the librarian of the Reading collection. This spotlight introduces both, walks the shelves around them, and lays out exactly what each one costs. New to the idea? Start with what is a Muse avatar.

Librarian Lou: The Librarian Who Is Free to Collect

Librarian Lou is exactly what his name promises. His page describes him plainly: he is reading something wonderful and will tell you all about it the moment you ask — and his cardigan's elbow patches have their own fan club. He is a Common Muse in the Free Muses room, a room that holds 269 Muses today, and he is free to collect: no Muse Coins, no balance needed. Tap collect and he is yours forever in your Vault, with his full prompt pack and full-resolution download included.

That makes Lou the easiest librarian avatar on the site to own, and a kind first Muse for anyone who found AllTheMuse through a love of books. If you want a librarian as the friendly face you bring into conversation — the one who always has a recommendation ready — Lou is ready today at no cost.

Library Luna: The Reading Collection's Own Librarian

Library Luna keeps the other kind of library shift. Her page calls her dreamy, gentle, and wide awake long past bedtime — she keeps the coziest corner of the library, where the stories are soft, the moonlight is warm, and nobody is ever rushed to the last page. Luna is a Common Muse at 50 Muse Coins, with no edition cap, and she was still at zero claimed when we checked the live site today.

Luna belongs to the Reading collection — “One more chapter.” — where she works alongside the room's two flagships: Bookworm Bella, the Legendary at 150 Muse Coins with an edition cap of 250, a devoted bookworm who treats every book like a best friend, and Page Turner Paige, the Mythic at 200 Muse Coins with a cap of 100. If Lou is the daytime librarian who greets you at the desk, Luna is the after-hours librarian of the reading nook.

The Shelves Around Them: The Full Reading Cast

A librarian is only as good as the readers she serves, and Reading holds ten Muses in all. Below Paige and Bella, the rest of the cast is a flat row of Commons at 50 Muse Coins each, Luna included — so the choice among them is purely about the kind of reader you are.

Our Reading collection guide walks the whole room in depth, and our book lover avatar ideas list helps you pick by reading mood.

What Each Librarian Costs — And the Bundle Math

The prices, verified live today, are simple. Librarian Lou costs nothing — he is free to collect outright. Library Luna costs 50 Muse Coins on her own. New accounts get 150 Muse Coins at signup, so Luna fits comfortably inside a first day's balance, with coins left over for Bella or another Reading Muse.

If the whole library calls to you, do the bundle math before buying singles. The ten Reading Muses cost 750 Muse Coins one by one — Paige at 200, Bella at 150, and eight Commons at 50 each. The Reading bundle is 250 Muse Coins for the full collection, Luna included. Collect Lou free, take Luna alone for 50, or take the whole room for 250 — all three are honest ways in, and the right one depends on whether you came for a librarian or for the library. Not sure which Muse fits you at all? Take the Find Your Muse match first, then come back to the shelves.
