What AllTheMuse is

AllTheMuse is a digital collectibles platform operated by AllTheMuse, based in Bedford, Texas, USA. Each Muse is a piece of original digital artwork paired with a written personality and prompt pack. Muses are digital goods: when you unlock one, it is delivered instantly to your account and kept in your Vault.

Your account

You need an account to collect premium Muses, hold Muse Coins, and use the Vault. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Please use accurate information when you sign up, and one account per person.

Muse Coins

Muse Coins are a virtual currency that exists only inside AllTheMuse. They are used to unlock Muses and bundles on the platform. Muse Coins:

• have no cash value and are not money;
• cannot be transferred to another person or another platform, except through the gifting features we provide;
• cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other currency;
• are tied to your account — if an account is closed for breaking these terms, its coins are lost.

Coin pack prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Muse prices in coins follow each Muse's card type (rarity), and collection bundles carry their own stated price.

Purchases and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe. When a payment completes, the coins are credited to your account automatically — delivery is instant and electronic; nothing is shipped. Unlocking a Muse is a one-time action: an unlocked Muse is yours for as long as your account exists. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

Editions

Most Muses are released in a finite edition, set by rarity: a Rare Muse can be claimed 5,000 times, an Epic 1,000 times, a Legendary 250 times, and a Mythic 100 times. Common Muses are open editions with no limit. Each time a Muse is claimed — by unlocking it, receiving it in a collection bundle or as a gift, or earning it — the next edition number is assigned to that collector and shown in their Vault. When every edition of a Muse has been claimed, that Muse is sold out and retires: it can no longer be unlocked or gifted, though its page stays up. A Muse you own is yours forever — selling out never takes an edition away from the collectors who hold it.

Creators

Anyone may submit a Muse through the creator door. Every submission stays private and pending until it is reviewed and approved — nothing becomes public automatically. You keep ownership of what you create and grant AllTheMuse a license to display, promote, and sell access to your approved Muses on the platform. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

• Don't abuse, disrupt, or overload the site or its APIs.
• Don't try to manipulate coin balances, referrals, contests, or votes.
• Don't impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Don't use the site for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property

The AllTheMuse name, site design, house artwork, and personalities belong to AllTheMuse or the creators who submitted them. Collecting a Muse gives you the right to use its prompt pack and artwork personally, as the site intends — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or character.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AllTheMuse running around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or retire features, Muses, and prices over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update this page and its date.

Liability

AllTheMuse is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
