What we collect

• Account information — your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
• Optional profile details — if you choose to add them: your full name, birthday, phone number, and street address. They are entirely optional, are used only to personalize your experience, and are never sold.
• Your activity on AllTheMuse — the Muses you collect or unlock, your coin balance and transaction history, collections you curate, referrals, and contest votes. This is what makes your Vault work.
• Purchase records — which coin pack or subscription you bought, the amount, and when. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor — card numbers never touch our servers.
• Email subscriptions — if you join the mailing list, we store your email address and where you signed up.
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages and Muses people enjoy, in aggregate. This involves standard usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate region.

How we use it

• To run your account and Vault, and to credit purchases correctly.
• To send the emails you asked for — new-drop and restock news for subscribers, and account or purchase messages when needed.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the platform fair.
• To improve the site and decide what to build next.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share information only with the service providers who run the platform — Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and Google (analytics) — and only as much as they need to do their part.

Cookies

We use an essential cookie to keep you logged in, and analytics cookies via Google Analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] from your account email and we will take care of it. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data; anonymized purchase records may be kept where the law requires.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Mailing-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Children

AllTheMuse is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
