Egg Dottie

by @Muse Lab

Dottie is Easter's best-kept secret, hiding in plain sight: a painted egg of a Muse in pink, mint and lavender bands with white dots and a zigzag stripe, tall bunny ears rising above it all. She has never lost an egg hunt. She is the egg hunt.

Egg Dottie does not hunt for the painted egg — she IS the painted egg: a pastel body banded in pink, mint and lavender with white polka dots and a white zigzag stripe, and tall cream bunny ears with pink insides standing guard on top. Gardens hide her every spring and she lets them win occasionally, for morale. — she believes the best surprises are the ones wearing ears.
