Alter Ego Avatars: The Alter Egos Collection Guide — 10 Muses, Prices and the 250-Coin Bundle

An alter ego avatar on AllTheMuse is the same Muse in a brand-new skin. The Alter Egos collection holds ten of them under the tagline “One Muse, ten new skins.” — the collection's own rule says it plainly: the one true Muse in ten brand-new skins, same face, body and soul, each time in a different fur, color and finish. No other room on the site works this way: most collections change the character, this one changes the skin. New to the idea? Start with what is a Muse avatar?, then meet the ten skins in the gallery.

The Full Roster: Ten Skins, One Muse

The room holds exactly 10 Muses, spread across the standard rarity ladder from Common at 50 Muse Coins to Mythic at 200. Bought one by one the full room totals 925 Muse Coins; the bundle unlocks all ten at once for 250 — the bundle math is at the end of this guide.

The capped Muses are numbered editions — when a cap fills, that Muse is gone for good. At the time of writing, every Alter Egos Muse is still at zero claimed, so every edition run is still open. Every Muse below is pictured in this guide, and every price was checked against the live collection before this post was written.

• Regal Rex — Mythic, 200 coins (cap 100)
• Nebula Nova — Legendary, 150 coins (cap 250)
• Rosegold Rina — Epic, 100 coins (cap 1,000)
• Midnight Mika — Epic, 100 coins (cap 1,000)
• Bubblegum Bibi — Rare, 75 coins (cap 5,000)
• Honey Huck — Rare, 75 coins (cap 5,000)
• Minty Mae — Rare, 75 coins (cap 5,000)
• Sunset Suki — Common, 50 coins
• Sprout Sam — Common, 50 coins
• Icy Indy — Common, 50 coins

The Flagships: Regal Rex and Nebula Nova

Regal Rex is the room's Mythic and its hero skin: in his page's words, the classic warm cream fur made royal — a golden crown on his head and a jeweled collar with a ruby pendant. This is the skin closest to the original Muse, dressed as royalty. At 200 coins and a cap of 100 editions, Rex is the scarcest Muse in the room.

Nebula Nova is the Legendary — a deep purple-to-blue nebula gradient sprinkled with tiny stars and a silver crescent-moon clip. At 150 coins, Nova costs exactly what a new account receives at signup, so the room's number two can be unlocked on day one with signup coins alone.

The Epic Pair: Rosegold Rina and Midnight Mika

The two Epics, at 100 coins each and a cap of 1,000 editions, are the room's shimmer pair. Rosegold Rina wears shimmering rose-gold pink fur with a pearl necklace — the warm, polished skin. Midnight Mika goes the other way: deep midnight-indigo fur with a gold star barrette, the night-sky skin.

At 100 coins each, either Epic leaves 50 coins from a signup grant still in hand — enough to add a Common skin in the same first session.

The Rare Line: Bubblegum Bibi, Honey Huck and Minty Mae

The three Rares, at 75 coins each and a cap of 5,000 editions, are the playful middle. Bubblegum Bibi is bright bubblegum-pink curly fur with a giant satin bow. Honey Huck is rich golden-amber fur grown extra long and fluffy, with a tiny bee hairpin. Minty Mae is fresh mint-green fur with a daisy-chain headband.

At 75 coins each, any one of the three costs half the signup grant — a new account can take a flagship and a Rare, or start here and keep 75 coins toward the next room.

The Gentle Finish: Sunset Suki, Sprout Sam and Icy Indy

The three Commons, at 50 coins each, are the gentlest-priced way into the room. Sunset Suki is a coral-to-peach sunset ombre with tiny sunglasses pushed up. Sprout Sam is deep moss-green fur with a little sprout growing on top. Icy Indy is icy periwinkle-blue fur frosted at the tips, with a snowflake pin.

Three Commons for 150 coins total is also exactly one signup grant — a new collector can open the room with all three skins on day one, before any pack, daily reward or referral.

Bundle Math: 250 Coins for All 10 Muses

Bought one by one, the 10 Alter Egos Muses total 925 Muse Coins: 200 + 150 + 100 + 100 + 75 + 75 + 75 + 50 + 50 + 50. The bundle unlocks every member at once for 250 coins — a saving of 675 against the single prices. If you already own part of the room, the finish price pro-rates down to what remains, so early single picks are never wasted; our set completion guide explains the finish price and the one-time +100 coin bonus that completing a named collection pays.

How does 250 coins look in real terms? New accounts receive 150 Muse Coins at signup — enough for Nebula Nova on her own, or any Epic, Rare or Common in the room. Coin packs run 500 coins for $4.99, 1,200 for $9.99 and 3,000 for $19.99, and Muse Club adds 1,200 coins a month for $7.99. Or earn your way there: +10 a day for checking in, streak and referral bonuses on top — the full list is in how to earn Muse Coins. While you save, the gallery holds 269 Free Muses at 0 coins, free to collect outright.
