Lab Collection Muses: 154 Avatars Born in the Muse Lab

Every collection on AllTheMuse is organized by theme, by rarity, or by personality — except one. The Lab Collection is organized by birthplace: its own rule, printed on the room, is “Every muse generated by the hourly AI Muse Lab — labeled with when each was brewed.” The room currently holds 154 Muse avatars, and it grows every time the Lab brews a new one. This guide walks the shelf — the Mythics and Legendaries at the top, the Rares in the middle, and the Lab guests who also live in themed rooms across the site.

What the Lab Collection Is

The Lab Collection — tagline “Born in the Muse Lab” — currently holds 154 Muses, every one of them created by @Muse Lab and labeled with when it was brewed. Some were brewed for a themed room and live there day to day; some exist only as Lab drops. This shelf gathers all of them in one place, sorted with the rarest first, so you can browse the Lab’s whole output without visiting all 78 collections.

This guide is about the Muses themselves: who is on the shelf today, what each tier costs, and how collecting from this room works. One thing to know up front: there is no Lab Collection bundle. The Top Shelf: Five Mythics and Six Legendaries

The shelf opens with five Mythics at 200 Muse Coins, each capped at 100 editions: Ghostly Boo, Yankees Judge, Celtics Tatum, Chiefs Mahomes and Maple Sweater. Ghostly Boo’s page is honest about him: “Boo isn’t scary — he’s just here for the snacks and the spooky vibes,” a friendly ghost in a classic white sheet costume, still at 0 of 100 editions claimed. Maple Sweater, the warm golden-leaf keeper pictured at the top of this guide, collects the prettiest falling leaves and tucks them into a secret pocket — also a Mythic, also still at 0 claimed.

Right below them sit six Legendaries at 150 Muse Coins, capped at 250 editions: Pumpkin Patch, the Original Muse, Dodgers Ohtani, Cavs Mitchell, 49ers Purdy and Pumpkin Pouch. Pumpkin Pouch — a little pumpkin-patch darling wrapped in hand-knit orange, happiest smelling of cinnamon and rain on leaves — is the one Muse on this top shelf with an edition already taken: 1 of her 250 is claimed, 249 remain. Together, one Mythic and one Legendary from this shelf cost exactly 350 coins — more than double the 150 Muse Coins a new account starts with.

The Middle Shelf: Rares at 75 Coins

The first Rare on the shelf is Kingsley Knight at 75 Muse Coins, capped at 5,000 editions and still at 0 claimed. His page calls him a chess strategist in a checkered cardigan who “counts, plans and pounces — always politely, always three moves early,” resetting the board with a bowtie straighten and a smile. He is filed under the Math personality, which is typical of this shelf: Lab Rares tend to carry a subject, a job, or a very specific obsession.

Two more Rares show the range. Kelp Keeper patrols the cozy kelp forest in a tiny scuba mask, rescuing lost shells and befriending every bubble — a Rare at 75 coins, capped at 5,000, 0 claimed. Loaf Paws is the shelf’s rest specialist, a perfectly loafed cream cat in a pumpkin-spice-orange beanie who helps you recharge and nap without guilt — also 75 coins, also capped at 5,000. Both also sit in the Companion Collection, because a Lab Muse can live on more than one shelf at once.

Lab Muses Live Twice: A Home Room and the Lab Shelf

Most Lab Muses have two addresses. They were brewed in the Lab, so they stand on this shelf — and they were brewed for a theme, so they also stand in a home room. Ghostly Boo lives in Spooky Season; Kingsley Knight keeps company with the Math Muses; Kelp Keeper and Loaf Paws sit with the Companions. Unlocking a Muse in either place unlocks the same Muse — there are not two copies to buy.

The farm pair makes it concrete. Barley Button, a cheerful harvest farmer in denim overalls and a straw hat, and Cider Wren, an orchard picker in a rust-red quilted vest who knows every tree by name, are both Lab-brewed Commons at 50 Muse Coins — and both live day to day in Farm Animals, where their own page cross-lists Cow, Pig and Horse.
