The Daily Muse Explained: One Muse, 20% Off, Noon to Noon

The Daily Muse is AllTheMuse's daily featured collectible: one paid Muse, the same one for every visitor, offered at 20% off her regular coin price for exactly one feature day — noon to noon, America/Chicago time. Today's Daily Muse is Gravity Grant, a Common from Icons at 40 Muse Coins instead of 50, until noon CT tomorrow. There is no raffle and no personal rotation: the pick is worked out from the date and the live paid catalog, so everyone who visits today sees Grant at the same one-day price. New to the site? Start with what is a Muse avatar, then come back — the discount is enforced by the server when you unlock, not by a code you have to remember. You can peek at today's feature any time inside Your 2 Minutes, the daily ritual page.
Today's Daily Muse: Gravity Grant
Gravity Grant wears a fresh green tee printed with a leafy apple tree and one shiny red apple falling from a branch, plus a matching green cap with an apple emblem — a tribute to the thinker who watched fruit drop and realized the moon obeys the very same rules. His own line on the subject: he keeps his feet on the ground professionally. As an Icons Muse he is a Common at a regular price of 50 Muse Coins, with no edition cap.
For his feature day — noon CT on October 23 to noon CT on October 24 — Grant unlocks at 40 Muse Coins. His muse page shows the treatment plainly: the unlock panel reads 40 Muse Coins as today's Daily Muse price, regularly 50, with a note that the price ends at noon CT tomorrow. Unlock him in the window and he is yours forever at 40; after noon tomorrow the panel goes back to the regular 50.
The feature before Grant was also an Icons Muse: Bowler Boris, a Rare whose regular 75-coin price became 60 on his day. Back-to-back features from the same room are possible because the pick walks the whole paid catalog, not one collection at a time.
- Gravity Grant — Icons · Common, regularly 50 Muse Coins
- Today's Daily Muse price: 40 Muse Coins (20% off, rounded down)
- Feature window: noon CT October 23 → noon CT October 24, 2026

How the Daily Muse Works
One Muse is featured per feature day, and a feature day runs from noon to noon America/Chicago — not midnight to midnight. If you check in the morning, you are still looking at the feature that started yesterday at noon; the new one lands at midday. The dates on the feature are the same for every visitor, signed in or not.
The pick itself is deterministic: it is computed from the feature date and the live paid catalog — every live Muse with a coin price above zero is in the pool, walked in a fixed order from a seed set by the date. That is why two people in different places see the same Daily Muse, and why the feature never needs a stored schedule. Only paid Muses can be featured: the 269 Muses in Free Muses cost 0 coins, so a 20% discount would mean nothing for them — they are simply free to collect every day instead.
Icons, Grant's home room, holds 15 Muses with a 350-coin bundle. Its flagships show the range the daily pick can land on: Photon Phil is the room's Mythic at 200 coins, and the Epics below sit at 100 — any of them could headline a future day at their discounted price.
- One featured Muse per day, identical for every visitor
- Feature day: noon → noon America/Chicago
- Pool: every live paid Muse (price above 0 coins)
- Free Muses (269, at 0 coins) are never the Daily Muse

The Price: 20% Off, Enforced at Unlock
The discount is a flat rule, not a negotiation: 20% off the regular coin price, rounded down, with a floor of 10 coins. On the standard rarity ladder that works out to 40 for a Common (regularly 50), 60 for a Rare (75), 80 for an Epic (100), 120 for a Legendary (150), 160 for a Mythic (200) and 280 for a Divine (350). Muse Coin prices explained walks the full ladder if you want the regular prices in one place.
The important part is where the discount lives: the server applies it on the unlock itself. The Daily Muse's page displays the one-day price, the gallery stamps the same price on her card while she is featured, and the amount actually charged at unlock is the discounted figure — there is no promo code, no rebate and no price that quietly reverts at the final step. When the window closes at noon, every surface returns to the regular price at the same moment.
For scale: new accounts receive 150 Muse Coins at signup. Today's 40-coin Grant fits inside that balance with 110 coins to spare — enough for two more Commons at regular price, or most of an Icons Epic. A Legendary day is the one that tests a fresh balance: 120 discounted still fits the 150 signup coins, where the regular 150 would have spent them exactly.
- Common 50 → 40 · Rare 75 → 60 · Epic 100 → 80
- Legendary 150 → 120 · Mythic 200 → 160 · Divine 350 → 280
- 20% off, rounded down, never below 10 Muse Coins
- Charged at unlock by the server — no code needed

Where to Find the Daily Muse Each Day
The most reliable daily habit is Your 2 Minutes: the ritual page carries a Daily Muse peek with a countdown to noon, alongside the day's gift, matchup and streak check — the peek is step three of the four, so you can confirm today's feature and how long is left in under a minute. The explainer for that routine is its own post in this series; the peek itself needs no coins and no unlock to view.
You can also go straight to the source: today's Muse page carries the full daily-price block in its unlock panel, and her card in the gallery and in Icons shows the one-day price while the window is open. If a price you see does not match the 20%-off figure for her rarity, you are looking at a cached page or the window has just turned over at noon — her own muse page is the ground truth.
One honest caution: the discount rewards timing, not urgency tricks. If today's Muse is one you already wanted — for her room, her look or her prompt pack — the saving is real and simple. If she is not, tomorrow brings a different Muse at noon, and the regular catalog, bundles included, is still there at regular prices. Icons' 350-coin bundle, for example, beats collecting its 15 Muses one by one even with the occasional daily discount mixed in; the Icons collection guide does that math in full.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Daily Muse?
The Daily Muse is a daily feature on AllTheMuse: one paid Muse, the same for every visitor, offered at 20% off her regular Muse Coin price for one feature day. Today's feature (October 23, 2026) is Gravity Grant of Icons — 40 coins instead of 50.
When does the Daily Muse change?
At noon America/Chicago, every day. A feature day runs noon to noon, so a Muse featured on October 23 keeps her daily price until noon CT on October 24, when the next Muse takes over everywhere at once.
How is the Daily Muse price calculated?
It is 20% off the regular coin price, rounded down, with a minimum of 10 coins — so a Common drops 50 → 40, a Rare 75 → 60, an Epic 100 → 80, a Legendary 150 → 120, a Mythic 200 → 160 and a Divine 350 → 280. The discounted price is enforced by the server at unlock; no code is needed.
Can a free Muse be the Daily Muse?
No. The daily pool is every live Muse with a price above zero. The 269 Muses in Free Muses cost 0 coins and are free to collect every day, so a percentage discount would mean nothing for them — the feature is reserved for paid Muses.
