Rare Muse Avatars: The 75-Coin Tier, Room by Room

Rare is the first step up the AllTheMuse ladder — the tier where a Muse stops being an open-edition everyday collect and becomes a numbered edition of her own. Every Rare Muse avatar costs 75 Muse Coins and is capped at 5,000 editions: generous next to the tiers above her, finite all the same. There is no single Rare room; the tier runs through the whole catalog, from storybook wizards to deep-sea squids. This guide walks the tier room by room, with every price verified live today. New to collecting? Start with what is a Muse avatar, then come back — and if you want the shelf above this one, meet the Epic Muse avatars when you are done.
What 'Rare' Actually Means
The ladder is fixed and public: Common 50 coins with no edition cap, Rare 75 capped at 5,000, Epic 100 capped at 1,000, Legendary 150 capped at 250, Mythic 200 capped at just 100, and Divine 350 capped at 25. Rare is where the count starts to matter — each unlock claims one numbered edition, and the claimed count is shown on the Muse's own page. The full ladder is in Muse Coin prices explained.
One honest exception, stated the same way the tiers above state theirs: a few early Rares keep the Founder-style flat price. Bean There and Crumb Commander of the Founder Collection, and Bubble Scout of the Companion Collection, are Rares at 50 coins — they keep the Rare 5,000-edition cap, just at the lower price. Every other Rare in the catalog is 75.
Storybook and Starship Rares: Wizard Wendel, Queen Cordelia, Pilot Vega
Wizard Wendel, pictured at the top of this guide, is the Storybook room's wizard — a Rare at 75 coins in a room of 12 Muses that also holds four Rares in all, Wendel and Queen Cordelia among them. Storybook is a 300-coin bundle if the whole shelf calls to you.
Across the catalog in Galaxy Knights, the Rares are the working crew of the starship: Pilot Vega, Hunter Bex, Smuggler Jax and Sage Miren, each 75 coins under the same 5,000-edition cap. Galaxy Knights runs 12 Muses, also a 300-coin bundle — the knights, the crew and the Rares together.

The Nature Rares: Cactus Cleo, Frost Fern and Koala Kiki
Cactus Cleo is the Bloom room's cactus — a Rare at 75 coins, and one of the few Rares on this page already claimed: her page shows 1 edition taken. Bloom runs 10 Muses with three Rares (Cleo, Lavender Vale and Blossom Saya), and the whole room is a 250-coin bundle.
Frost Fern is the quiet connoisseur's pick of Weather Wonders: frost traced like fern fronds, a Rare at 75 coins alongside her roommates Breezy Wren and Bolt Bree. And in Cuddle Crew, Koala Kiki carries the tier for the cuddlers — 75 coins, in a 10-Muse room with a 250-coin bundle.

The Tasty Rares: Lemon Lottie, Peach Posie and Cookie Cam
The Produce Patch is the deepest Rare bench in the catalog: six of its 20 Muses are Rares at 75 coins — Lemon Lottie, Eggplant Edna, Mushroom Marnie, Cornelius Cob, Grape Gloria and Peach Posie among the preview cast. Posie and Mushroom Marnie each show 1 edition claimed on their pages today. The full Patch is a 400-coin bundle for all 20.
Next door in Snack Attack, Cookie Cam is the tier's cookie — a Rare at 75 coins, also showing 1 edition claimed, flanked by Pretzel Polly and Fries Fifi at the same price. Food rooms are where Rare collecting gets cheerful: five themed Rares cost less than a single Divine.

Uniform and Icon Rares: Captain Vega, Radiant Ruth and Squid Suki
Some rooms wear the tier proudly. The Military room's Rares are its officers — Captain Vega, Sergeant Steel and Major Mason, each 75 coins in a 10-Muse room with a 250-coin bundle. In Icons, Radiant Ruth leads four Rares at 75 in a 15-Muse room (350-coin bundle).
And the deepest Rare on this page, literally: Squid Suki of Deep Sea Cuddles, a 75-coin Rare with Anglerfish Ada and Crab Cleo beside her. If you want Rares gathered in one place instead of room by room, the Rare Discovery room collects 226 Rare and Epic Muses barely collected yet — our Rare Discovery guide walks that room on its own.

How to Start Collecting Rares
Rare is the friendliest tier to start on: create an account and the 150 free Muse Coins you get at signup cover two Rares exactly — Wendel and Cleo, Fern and Kiki, any pair on this page. Below the tier, the Free Muses room costs nothing at all; above it, the same 150 coins would buy a single Legendary and leave nothing over.
A last word on the cap, because it is the point of the tier. At 5,000 editions a Rare is not scarce the way a 100-edition Mythic is — our rarest Muse avatars tour covers that end of the ladder. A Rare is a Muse with a count: numbered, finite, and priced so a new collector can hold two on day one. That is exactly what a first step up should feel like.
- Day one, free: a new account's 150 signup coins buy exactly two Rares (2 × 75)
- Cheapest Rares anywhere: the three flat-50 exceptions — Bean There, Crumb Commander, Bubble Scout
- Deepest bench: Produce Patch — five-plus Rares in one 20-Muse room, 400-coin bundle for all
- One-room shortcut: most 10-Muse rooms bundle for 250 coins, Rares included
Frequently asked questions
How much does a Rare Muse avatar cost?
75 Muse Coins, everywhere on the site, with three stated exceptions: Bean There, Crumb Commander and Bubble Scout are Rares priced at a flat 50 coins — they keep the Rare 5,000-edition cap at the lower price.
How many editions does a Rare Muse have?
5,000. Each unlock claims one numbered edition, and the count is public on the Muse's page — Cactus Cleo, Peach Posie and Cookie Cam each show 1 claimed today. When all 5,000 are gone, that Muse cannot be unlocked again.
Is there a Rare collection on AllTheMuse?
Rare is a rarity tier, not a room — Rares live inside the themed collections across all 79 rooms. The closest thing to a Rare room is Rare Discovery, which gathers 226 Rare and Epic Muses barely collected yet into one place.
What is the difference between Rare, Epic and Common Muses?
Price and scarcity, on one ladder: Common is 50 coins with no edition cap, Rare is 75 capped at 5,000 editions, and Epic is 100 capped at 1,000. Above them sit Legendary (150, cap 250), Mythic (200, cap 100) and Divine (350, cap 25). The full ladder is in Muse Coin prices explained.
